Managing Your Account
Managing your Luqo AI account is straightforward and provides you with full control over your personal information, settings, and preferences. To log in to your account, simply open the Luqo AI app or go to the website and enter the email address associated with your account along with your password. If you’ve forgotten your password, the app provides a "Forgot Password" link that will send a reset link to your registered email. Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password and regain access to your account.
To update your profile within the app, open the Luqo AI app and navigate to your account settings. Here, you can update your personal details, such as your name and email address, to keep your information up to date. Additionally, if you need to change your password for security reasons, you can do so within the same settings menu. Any changes you make will take effect immediately, ensuring that your account reflects the latest information.
If at any point you decide that you'd like to delete your account, you can initiate the process by contacting our support team. To do so, reach out via the in-app support feature or send an email request to our support address. Please note that once an account is deleted, all data associated with it, including progress, subscriptions, and preferences, will be permanently removed and cannot be restored. We advise you to back up any important information or progress before proceeding with account deletion.
